But I'v only been on the escapist for about 6 months now, and I'v already seen this thread at least 20 times. I know that this kind of thread is pretty much garaunteed 1000+ replies, but surely people can come up with someting more original.

We always just end up concluding that Telekinesis is best.

I don't go much for the paradox concepts of time travel, more the alternative time lines. You go back, you start a new time line where you went back too. Of course this means you can never go home because any jump back in time would change the world a little.

Hmm,

I'd have to go with Time-Stop ability. It's always fascinated me. It seems to be the best of all worlds. I could do good with it by thwarting robberies, assaults and the like by stopping time and simply moving one of the parties out of the way. Or, and if I am totally honest this is probably more the reason, I'd never have to worry about money again.

"Hmm, the wife wants to go do some shopping, but we're running a bit tight on funds. It's ok, just hop down to the bank, activate time stop from a block away, pick up just some money from the drawers, and all will be golden."

And don't give me that would be bad thing. Like all you telekinesis people aren't thinking about how you could always get the ball to stop exactly where you wanted it on a roulette wheel. I'm just being more direct.
