So you get Zapped into Your Favourite TV Show...

here's the deal, a genie has appeared and offered to send you to a dimension exactly like your favourite TV show, book, manga or perhaps a video game with a detailed storyline. however there's a catch! you have to murder one of the main characters! you dont take their place or anything, and no-one ever finds out. so what TV show, book, manga or video game with a detailed storyline would you have your dimension based on and who would you kill? (oh and dont worry about the killing part, before the dimension is "activated" everyones just frozen so all you have to do is point and shoot)

for me the dimension is easy, negima (manga) all the way! the murdering will be the tricky part though, talk about not killing women and children... (you have to read negima to get that joke), this is the trouble by the way, you cant select a dimension because it has people you could bring yourself to kill, it HAS to be your favourite, im gonna have to pick Chamo, he has the shortest life-span and he's a pervert to boot! (this has nothing to do with him not being human btw, i love animals!)

That's why I gave the alternative, because Jack is cheating.
And no I don't, I think she's an insufferable, gobby cow who really needs to get a skirt that covers at least half of her thighs. When Catherine Tate did it with Donna, it was somewhat new to Doctor Who, and fitting with Tate's usual characters, making her not as insufferable, just irritating, though it was a little out of place with the series. And at least she put on some bloody clothes!

not that i want to turn this into a full blown arguement (too late for my taste *yawns*) but it sounds to me like your only problem with these asisstants is that theyre not rose!
i liked the romance between rose and doctor no. 10, but i dont think she was anything special like everyone else seems to
martha was far too dramatic but otherwise ok,
donna was alright, not my favourite, i didnt like the way she bossed the doctor alround all the time,
but i think amy was brilliant! i honestly think that, with her own sonic screwdriver and an "evil monster spotters guide" she could easily do the doctors job without him!

(oh and you could correct my grammar if you like, but id ignore you)

I'm not arguing, I'm discussing something in the "Gaming Discussion" section. Wait, why is this in the gaming section if it's about TV shows? /confused You/we should probably ask a mod about getting it moved. Those are very different creatures, and I'm not hoping to cite any emotional responses, just for my views to be heard.

I wasn't actually a huge fan of Rose, and I did quite like Donna, I was just comparing Donna to Amy for similarities, and it was just that Amy was most of the qualities I didn't like about Donna, repeated or made worse.
I felt that with Amy, Stephen Moffat was trying to make people feel special because The Doctor was letting regular humans use advanced alien technology, which he usually never does except in times of severe need. So essentially, it wasn't that Amy was a bad character, it was that she was a reused character that took away The Doctor's individuality and made him more regular.
(Sorry for reflexively being a Grammar Nazi, but it just helps the forums look tidier, and stops people from judging you a little for not taking the time to use correct grammar)

It all depends I suppose, if it's manga, either Negima and kill off Chamo, or perhaps Akumetsu and kill off Shou, not like it would matter since there's litterally hundreds of him and they can just make more.
If we're talking books though, gotta go with any of the first six Dune books and kill off Duncan Idaho, they'd just clone him again anyway.
