I prefer "Violently short-tempered". She's not really dangerous until she's really pissed or extremely bored, and then you just need to stay clear, as she won't actively attack you. Unfortunately, I usually don't realize when I've gone too far until it's too late.

And Flan isn't really that nuts as much as she is just the proud owner of a five-year-old's mentality.

I'll say we're pretty much on the same page then. I don't really like the whole "they're psychotic" idea myself. Nice way of summarizing Flan by the way.
