Ok if legendaries are allowed: MEWTWO no question. he's amazingly strong in the games, super badass and strong as hell in the manga, and a philosophical genius that can just obliterate anything he comes across in the anime. Honestly, who wouldn't want that.
But if no legendaries, then probably my Houndoom considering it's my 2 favorite types and it's a F***ING Hell-hound.
Oh and region would probably Unova no idea why I just like it there.
