Hello all, me and my friends are having a bit of a gaming night to celebrate his new xbox's arrival (yeah, it's lame but so what ^^), but he doesnät have any games besides Halo. I was hoping you could tip off some games that goes well for 2-4 players splitscreen.

From the Xbox Live Arcade, both Scott Pilgrim: The Game and Castle Crashers are great 2-4 player beat 'em ups. Cheap, too.

Guardian Heroes on xbl. You won't regret it. It's multiplayer awesome.

It's not lame! Anyway, here are a few;
Mortal Kombat (The new one is lot of fun when you play 2 v 2)
Castle Crashers XBLA
Blur (it's 4-player splitscreen and it's aweome )
The Fancy Pants Adventures XBLA
Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2 (A great beat-em up/RPG)
The Halo series is your best option, especially if you have Xbox Live because ypu can play splitscreen online.
Black Ops has some sort of splitscreen and the Dead Ops mode is four player.

Is it just 4 player splitscreen your interested in, because there isn't many There is a lot of two player splitscreen games however; Like Gears of War 1, 2, and 3. They can all be played splitscreen online too.

I would recommend getting a Guitar Hero or Rock Band game. They're great for parties and in fact, boring by yourself. I would also take a look at the dance games for Kinect or Kinect Adventures, although that might be outside your budget. The Special Ops missions on COD games might be worth a look too.

Thanks for all the tips! Well, 4-splitscreen would be nice, 4-splitscreen online awesome, but it doesn't necessarily have to be that. If it's only 2-splitscreen we will play in pairs/Duel eachother/Make a tournament. 1v1-games are also quite hilarious, Tekken/Mortal Kombat with your best friend gives you a whole new vocabulary of insults, taunts and winning quotes
