Keal looked listened to David and snorted. "Sure, they'll just let you walk right in when a war is about to start! Heh, anyway, Michael, what kind of locations are we looking at? Anything with an entrance I can defend."

David put his passport away and watched the road.

You could try it if you want, but it doesn't take being SF trained to know that Iran doesn't take well to 'tourist' now, let alone when they know they're about to go to war with the western world.

EDIT- Also your passport doesn't even have a Stamp from entering Iran, as you kinda did it illegaly.

"Yeah Michael, I'm kinda curious about you're plans as well..." Striker said. "Preferably a location taller than it's surroundings, so Grim and I can get a good view of the area."

 

[Havegun]

"Myeah, you pretty much got it. Now, the station is right in the middle of the damn city, but there's a hill, just a little outside the city, that ought to do. It's wooded, so there'll be some concealment, but we still gotta be discreet. It's also close to the city, maybe too close. We'll see when we get there."

 

[Malyc]

"We're gonna have to stay alert, then." Striker said, "One civilian spotting us could bust the entire op. That wouldn't end well for us or for Axel."

"We're all Spec Ops soldiers, David. We thrive on pressure." Striker said with a chuckle.

"As long as we stay out of sight, we'll be fine. Hey Michael, you know how long until we get to the city? My feet are startin' to fall asleep here." Chris said over the radio.

Keal laughed at Striker, "God damn, you guys just love to stick yourselves where you will most likely be killed, don't you?"

He pulled out his map and had a look the town. He saw the station in the middle and looked up, "So, what kind of enemies should we expect? Have we got any intel about if they have tanks or APCs or trucks or cars or friggin' goats?"

"Think the Iranian Army have a base here, sooo I'm going with Tanks/Trucks/APC's...Unlesssssss..Did any one bring any explosives?"

If you look at the map of the area you it will have detailed that there is no military base located in the city, however it does show a local large garrison only about an hour away.

David looked at a map someone passed to him.
"Goddamn it!, Why the hell wasn't I given one of these?!...*sigh*...still though...Bomb's? anyone?"

"No explosives with me." Striker said. He preferred not to have to get that close. "My rifle carries enough punch to destroy an engine, though.

"Hmph, haven't any of you taken a stroll down the armory..." Spooky said digging into his pack. He pulled out one of five olive-drab shells that he keeps in his backpack.

"High-Explosive Dual Purpose Round. It penetrates at least 5 cm when fired straight at steel armor at 150 meters or less. Causes casualties within a 130-meter radius, and has a kill radius of 5 meters." Spooky said, handing them out to anyone on the team that carries a grenade launcher. "I don't carry much due to the fact that I don't have a launcher on me but before we left I noticed a bunch of you had some so I decided to carry some with me as well."

"Those things aren't tank killers but they do penetrate those shitty BMP-1's that I've seen the Iranians parade around these parts."

"See, David? Nothing to worry about," Striker said, still sure they could pull this off if they kept their heads in the game.

Keal smiled and tapped his grenade launcher. "This thing will blow up most of the shitty vehicles that the Iranians have. As for the tanks, didn't I see some M136s in the back? Hope they can deal with a damn tank."
