I don't control when you get to places Havegun is the GM when it comes to you guys, I'm just the guy who tries to fuck up your fu-... I mean make the game more enjoyable by putting stuff in your way.

As you approach the city, you can see a view large buildings throughout the city, one of which has a rather large dish on top of it. You figure that must be the target, you can tell that the city already has a large crowd of occupants going in and out. So you can safely assume as long as you put your un-concealable weapons away you can drive through without much trouble.
