Peachcake. They have their own mascot that runs around while they play. Nothing can beat that. The lead singer also runs around the crowd, puts you in circles, throws a big sheet over the crowd and everyone dances under it. He also climbed a tree while singing.
The live shows are greatness.

If you're looking for crazy/unique/difficult to categorize bands, I third Sikth and also recommend uneXpect, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, Frantic Bleep, Stolen Babies, and anything by Buckethead.
