Alright I'll say abit.
I have been overweight my entire life. I recently had a bloodtest for sugar and insulin done. I basically learned that I would become diabetic in a few more years unless I changed. Valuing a life where I did not have to jam needles and medicine into me every day just to stay alive I went cold turkey on almost all the bad stuff, pop, chips, eating a meal from Arbys every few days, and meals like mac and cheese or fried chicken. I now drink a gallon of water a day with lots of fruits, more whole grains and for dinner I might have bolied chicken and a salad. I have lost thirty pounds in a month. I still have a fastfood meal every other weekend or so. I don't want my body going into starvation mode.
What else? Oh I'm a romantic. I'm into all that cliched stuff, poems, chocolates and roses as gifts, watching the sunsets, going to Paris or Venice. Those kind of things just appeal to me.
