if something extra special happened to you (anything at all) but you could only tell ONE person who would it be and why?

Depends on what "special" thing happened. Also, why can't I tell anyone else? I mean if I suddenly acquired an armor plated Rhinoceros with shoulder mounted flamethrowers and it also has jet packs I'm not going to show ONE person, I'm gonna ride around on it laughing at the puny mortals.

Hmm it depends on what had happened to me. If I suddenly gain super powers or if I suddenly found out I could turn into a huge purple dinosaur with ray gun eyes that somehow worked and I had nightvision to go along with it, I would most likely only tell my boyfriend or my best friend, that sort of thing could be awkward to explain.

But asy many others here are saying "if something special happens", that might imply loads of stuff...
But let's go with the just one person and it is my brother.

My best friend, he is my best friend for a reason.

I would say my brother but since he withheld his own special things (he was dating someone years ago) to me, I will not tell him straight away to get him back.

I'd tell it to some random adult, but say it in a way that makes it seem like I'm terminally ill and that I've been given a small chance of happiness before I die, with tears in my eyes, down on my knees, and looking up towards the sky.

That person would have a strange couple of days ahead of them.

Now I know what I want for Christmas!

But yeah, it does depend on what this certain "special thing" is. Like, if it was a creative special thing, I'd tell my father because I know he'd care about it more.
