Awaken, Briefcase full of guts, Hatredcopter, Go Forth and Die, Bloodrocuted, Thunderhorse and the Duncan Hills Coffee Jingle. All quite dark.

Also I currently like E Nomine, a German ensemble mixing Medieval choirs with technological beats and such. Again a bit on the dark side. Oh, and for these it helps if you can understand German
