Or anything else by the magical Ted Leo and his group of musical pharmacists.
And also Most of Andy McKee's work.

Usually Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Nirvana's acoustic stuff, Wagon Christ, Led Zeppelin and maybe Bibio or Autechre. So pretty much anything by them.
Aphex Twin is amazing but I've never associated his work with relaxing, can you recommend some of his chilled out tunes?

When I think of Aphex Twin I think of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltLOrgnfW9w

When I'm ticked I'll actually throw on the most brutal stuff I can find until I burn through the anger / adrenaline rush associated with it.

I like to sing 'Amazing Grace' to the tune of 'Gilligan's Island'. It calms me down and helps to center myself.

Haha really? He has two albums of pure ambient wonder! I know he he his fare share of crazy songs, such as the one you posted (Which is an awesome song) but he can really make some fantastic laid back tracks too.

Examples:
Heliosphan [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Z4cLmbw6q0]
Flim [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhHkUg-QCwk]
Stone in focus [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkVT2NwiAgY]

You should check out his albums 'Selected Ambient Works 85-92' and 'Selected Ambient works Volume II' (The second one in particular is a very atmospheric, chilled album)
I've only recently got into his work and his discography is so vast, I just jumped in at the deep end with "Drukqs."
Thanks for the recommendations :)

Feedbacker by Boris, more specifically the first 20 minutes or so.

For some strange, completely illogical reason Catch 33 by Meshuggah relaxes me alot, I fall asleep to that shit all the time.

Also Opeth's Damnation album, and pretty much any of Porcupine Tree's early work (Up the Downstair, Sky Moves Sideways, Signify)
