I have many that do but for some reason I can only think of songs from Genesis games like Ristar on the second level of the sixth world. I'm also made happy by alot of country/ classic rock songs. I've got the song "In Color" from Jamey Johnson stuck in my head on a continuous loop, anyone heard that recently?
Edit: Oh and I've always found Vigil's theme from Mass Effect to be quite calming. That and Kenny Rogers.

Oddly enough, for some reason, sad or melancholy-sounding songs make me happy. Teary happy.

Definately Ca Plane Pour Moir by Plastic Bertrand. I know its in French, almost impossible to learn the words to and a little insane, but who doesn't love going 'oooo oooo oooo oooo!' along with it (if you haven't heard the song you probably won't understand what i'm talking about, so listen to it!!)
Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen comes in a close second, because the whole song is awesome but only the middle/end part makes me really happy.
