This, replace "Portal" with "Mirror's Edge".

Please don't crucify me.

The Soft Parade by The Doors. I can just continuously listen to that and never get bored of it.

I don't do single songs on repeat; I need SOME variation. Whole albums are more my thing.

Recently, it's been:

Frank Black: Frank Black
Pixies: Trompe Le Monde
The Mars Volta: The Bedlam in Goliath

Occasionally, I'll throw in Daft Punk's Alive 2007, but only when I'm feeling good.

'Walking at Night' by Armor for Sleep

And anything from Cirque du Solieil, I can listen to that all day

The Oddesy - Symphony X

Scenes from a memory album - Dream Theater (Its an entire album but if you turn it to gapless album, it sounds like one song)

My friend played The Rebel - Black Sabbath (Rare) to me the entire time i spent at his house after a footy training session.

Savannah Way - Jeff Lang

I've prolly done more but cant be bothered listing.

This [http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/484667]. I must warn you though, it may drive you insane if it looped a few hundred times.

Black Rose Immortal by Opeth!
That song never gets old.
It helps that you'd only hear it three times in an hour if it was on infinite repeat. But yeah, that'd be a good one to have playing forever. Or maybe 'A Change of Seasons' by Dream Theater.
