ummm... to be on topic for part of this post at least, I guess liking a couple Lil Wayne songs is a guilty pleasure for me, as I generally do not enjoy rap at all, and Lil Wayne is pretty damn annoying... I can't give any song names of the top of my head because I just hear them on the radio, but usually they are songs where he isn't the main rapper, he is just featured on the track.

EDIT: Can't stand Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus... I can hear all the editing they did to her voice to make it possible to even listen to, and it bothers me A LOT
One, agree to the above. Cyrus' voice is over edited in that song.

Two, I believe you are looking for the songs "Down" by Jay Sean (YAY! GO BROWN PEOPLE!) and "Let It Rock" by Kevin Rudolph.

EDIT: I just checked the view count. 1000+. Super nice.

@ Halaxis
you were right about "Down" by Sean Jean, when I hear that song come on I patiently wait for Wayne's short part, then change it. Of course thats only when I forget my iPod at home...

as for "Let It Rock" I've somehow never heard it before o_O

EDIT: Oh god I just remembered this song, this is my REAL guilty pleasure

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iV4Wisu5bXM

btw, he keeps saying "Bemis" because that's his last name.

Dude, you're welcome. Check out "Let it Rock." Pretty good song. For the future, when you want someone to reply, quote them. It'll notify their inbox and they'll be more likely to respond.

Well you must not know very many metalheads, considering those are some of the top bands in the genre. Go listen to the jonas brothers on radio disney queer.
Correction: you only know entry level metalheads. Where Pantera and Metallica are still considered valid bands to enjoy.

Try some Coroner, some Dark Angel, some Gorod, some Anata, some Morbid Angel, some Gorguts, some old-school Bathory, some Atheist, and just try to tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about.

People give me crap about Michael Jackson, Backstreet Boys (that is understandable...), The Beatles actually... :/ All of my many musical soundtracks, Styx, all my older stuff really.
WTF? How can you rip on Jackson, The Beatles, etc.? They were the Gods of Pop/Rock!
I wish I could tell you. People where I'm from are all into country and hip-hop... and that's it. It's sad really...

Probably most of my music, because playing this music in public is considered "socially unacceptable" by some:

Lamb of God, Heaven Shall Burn, In Flames, Children of Bodom. Just to name a few.
It's socially unacceptable amongst metalheads, too, on account of those being atrocious bands.

Fie! Fie on thee!

Top =/= 'best', and also no they aren't, they're some of the top bands in sub-genres of metal: Your list there contains bands from the Death, Black, and Death-core sub-genres, none of which have much if any appeal to listeners outside of their very niche audience. Your average general interests listener thinks all metal is stupid because of bands like those [small](not saying they are correct in their assessment of course)[/small].

It's entirely possible to be a metalhead and have nothing but loathing for every band you listed, because there's a lot more to Metal than just Black/Death bands. Thrash metal may have spawned Black and Death metal but that doesn't mean Thrash fans have to like those styles, nor do Traditional/Neo-Classical/Power/Gothic/Folk/Doom/NWOBHM/Etc fans (of which there are rather a lot you know). So what I'm saying is don't be so quick to play the Jonas Brothers card, disliking those bands doesn't mean you only enjoy pop pablum marketed at adolescent girls.

But since you like stuff like that, here's a melo-death band you might enjoy (if you don't already, since you didn't exactly provide an exhaustive list).
