thats because you concentrate more on the song if you are trying to pass something from your concious mind into your subconcious... and thus it pops back up more frequently...

What are songs that easily get stuck in your head and how long until they get out, or what do you do to get them out?

"Wicked Game" by Chris Isaak - I still cannot get that song out of my head, I heard it a few months ago and went from liking it a little, to loving it and learning it on guitar.

"It's My Life" by Bon Jovi - I hate it, it gets stuck in there until I hear something catchier.

"Chacarron Macarron" by whoever the Hell sings it - it stays there for a few hours and randomly goes away.

"Killing for Recreation" by Legion of the Damned - I can't say I'm too bothered by this one so I don't care if it stays.

I work in a bar so weird songs get stuck in my head, last night i got some random akon? song stuck in my head,
Angel in the night by Basshunter - not bad but annyoing after the tenth time.
and thats about it.... unless yahtzee gets something stuck in my head ugh
