I have to agree with the OP, as Massive Attack - Teardrop also gives me goosebumps.

I recently purchased the new Bloc Party album and the one track that stands out for me has to be 'Zephyrus' as it has the same effect on me as 'Teardrop' does.
Check it out [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15lqFW9i1ZU] Obviously it would suit everyones taste but give it a listen anyway, 2:40 is where i get the goosebumps!

Actually another song (well, collection of 3 songs, because the end of one song starts the next) I can think of that gives me the goosebumps/pumps me up is Dimmu Borgir - Fear and Wonder, Blessing Upon the Throne of Tyranny, and Kings of Carnival Creation.

"Death take Your Fiddle" by the band Spiritualized.
It has a recording running through the whole song of the breathing machine used to keep one of the band members alive after a horrible car crash.

Hmmm. Good question. There are four that really do it to me. POD:Youth of the Nation, Manowar:Gods of War, Eluvite:Inis Mona and Disturbed:Inside the Fire.

Probably more but they are what spring straight to mind.

Some thing a wee bit diffrent. No words in this one. It is the The Uilleann Pipe. Listen to the note; bitter and sweet at the same time.

Edit; K, how do I post youtube vids here?

Anyhow, here is a link.

From 4:30 on. Though the build up is pretty amazing too, and makes it even more powerful.

Chilling song if you know the lyrics.

And a few others that I don't feel like listing here, like NIN - We're in This Together, Supertramp - Two of Us, and other emotionally charged bullshit that matted to me a while ago that brings back some stupid memories when I hear it.

Bass solos for one, Anesthesia(pulling teeth) by the late Cliff Burton of Metallica. Also God Hates us All by Slayer, the lyrics mixed with the overall brutality of the song always makes me feel good. I could name a few moer but I'd have to search through my collection of music...and it's too big for that.

What else.

Requiem for a dream.

Seconded, this song gets me everytime.

That and Now We Are Free from Gladiator, that's chilling and haunting at the same time.
