Was thinking about this just the other day. A handful of songs came to mind (I love that YouTube provides so much source-material):

Joy Division: Love Will Tear Us Apart

Guns N' Roses: November Rain

Pink Floyd: Wish You Were Here

INXS: Never Tear Us Apart

The Cure: Lost

Radiohead: Videotape

Gonna go sit with my melancholy now and wish for better days.

"Wolf" by Veruca Salt. Also, "Celebrate You" by Veruca Salt.

Also, the original, NIN version of "Hurt" (not that old men aren't sad, I just find Trent's voice to be more moving).

"Sunflowers" by Everclear, every time, even though it's one of my least favorites of that album.

"Sleeping Beauty" by A Perfect Circle can get me going sometimes.

Thank Zeus for the ability to cry.

Shattered by Trading Yesterdays (The More Than That version, the other one misses out the best bit) is pretty eye-watering

Staralfur by Sigur Ros.

First time I heard it was in The Life Aquatic, and that scene brought a tear to my eye. Now the song alone can bring a tear to my eye.

I dont' know if there are any songs that do it every time, but some can get my to think about the right thing and make me misty, but not go into full cry mode. Some of the songs from Dr. Horrible can get me to do that, as well as some by Imogen Heap or Bjork. It really depends on my mood at the time

From 2:40 on is awesome. Its a combination growling/singing, and the entire song kind builds up to it, so listening to the whole thing is advised.

These two really bring me down

But this one is just too much for me once I learned the lyrics, and just everything about it now.

doesn't sound like a song that would make you cry.. It's more about the situation i was in while listening to it.

No videos, because I'm at school, but these songs always make me cry:
Wearing the Inside Out - Pink Floyd. Yeah, I know, it's post-Waters Floyd and therefore it has to suck, but it's still goddamn moving.
Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd. Specifically the Delicate Sound of Thunder version, the outro guitar solo. I've listened to it so much that as soon as it starts, it triggers an automatic reaction in my to cry.
Forgiven - Within Temptation. I listened to it all day and night after I found out my friend had died, so I associate it with that memory.
