We Will Rock You by Queen. It was the first song I can ever remember hearing, when I was like 2/3 years old, thanks to my dad. That pretty much solidified my musical taste for the rest of my life
Abandon Ship by Gallows cos it lead to my re-discovery of hardcore punk rock and the passion of live gigs

Hero of War - Rise Against.

If you've not heard it then I seriously recommend it. It's hard to listen to it and NOT feel something shift inside.
I must apologise for doubting the Escapist would bring this up.
This is very true.
On that subject, Survive by the same band is also very meaningful.

I'm probably going to catch a lot of crap for this, but I Will Not Bow by Breaking Benjamin hits a little closer to home than I care to mention.

On a lighter note, Number One by Chaz Jankel helps to inspire greatness in me.

Quite true.
I've heard them play it live twice now.
Almost made me cry once, Tim really sings it with emotion in his voice.

Ace Of Spades - Motorhead

The first metal song I heard (age 7 approx,) and I loved it, sparked the interest I have for metal.

Oh, a song that means a lot to me?
Why, you ask? I am not really sure. I just feel a link to it.
But there are other songs. this one just stands out.

One that has a deep meaning for me and a few friend of mine is Working Man by Rush. A favorite song of our late friend.

Or any Scale the Summit song for that matter. They all take you on a journey, it's pretty amazing actually.

This too. Even if you hate Rise Against, give this song a try. Probably the only song to ever get me close to crying.

Heaven by Brian Adams and Endless Sacrifice by Dreamtheater. Just listen to them and you'll know why I chose them.

Mine, its Teen Town by Weather Report. More a piece of music than a song, but it's what inspired me to play bass.
How could I have loved Jaco for so many years and never heard this song.
