... I think he means that... No, actually I don't want my head to explode trying to think about it.

Pretty much. Sony Ps3 controller was a total rip off of the xbox360 controller with the little menu button in the middle.
You mean the button in the same place as the analogue button on the Dualshock 2, meaning that if anyone was copying it was Microsoft?
Talking about the menu button, in the middle !

Since when does including a Beta in a full game mean that it's copying something else? Especially when it's a good idea? Unless Microsoft has patented putting Beta's in games I really don't see the problem.

Oh, and for future reference, proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation is appreciated. You could make the argument that you're new, but come on at least reread what you've typed. There's no possible way you could think that's legible if you read it before posting.

The only thing that bothers me about this, the ONLY thing..

... is that I was kinda looking forward to Infamous, and if history shows anything is that releasing a much anticipated demo with a relatively unknown entry IP is usually SUICIDE for the IP.

Lets look back:

Unlimited Saga - mediocre reception at best
ZOE - personally, i loved the first, kinda liked the second, but overall I dont think it was a big success
Crackdown - another decent game that didnt get enough respect

The only game package i can think of with a notable demo that was relatively successful was Dragon Quest VIII with the FFXII demo, although DQ is a pretty strong property all by itself.
There might be others, but it seems to me that half these combination packages involve games that are completely overshadowed by the beta/demos included with them as if people just buy that game, open it up, take out the demo, then leave the actual GAME on the counter at your local gamestop.

Yeah, try the 360 needs to get it's own ideas. Sony is making a motion control, which works with the eyetoy to give gamers a motion control experience.
Yet along with your comment on gamers you provide that eyetoy pet? Where an advertised feaure is to dress it. Or have virtual pets become the stuff of hardcore gamers since nintendogs sold so well to children.

Your basis for this motion control experience is shakier than the evidence for Milo. Still it might happen in the year of the PS3 whenever that is...
