As if a Codpiece wearing Siegfried stroking his gigantic compensation-sword would look any straighter...

I love SC for the gameplay though... Skinsuit-wearing Taki 'wrestling' with Ivy or any other women is just a nice extra.

If you want Battle-porn, go for Dead or Alive. Never got into that game myself though...
Weirdly enough, I think Soul Calibur and King of Fighters have both passed DOA in terms of the Jell-O jiggle factor.

I think Rumble Roses was more subtle with it's "assets" then Soul Calibur has been lately.
That is amazingly true though, how the originator in jiggle physics can suddenly be surpassed by a few of the competitors.

To be fair, DOA hasn't exactly been trying to rid itself of it's bouncy image, given the Xtreme Volleyball games.

I remember looking at DOA Paradise and thinking "Breasts do not move that way!"

Maybe all of this has become so absurd that it's become satire.

Monty Python reference detected: -5 internets.

Anyway, would have been funny if it was real.
Can't tell if it would have been a step forward in gender equality or not though...

I like this idea. Male sex appeal should be used more for games. It's been used in everything else effectively. Equal rights. Just don't used Voldo in the future, maybe Kilik.
this is the reason most women don't play games. sexualizing only women is a bad thing, Sexualize everyone.

It's funny how many guys think ads like this are bad, yet see no problem with the Ivy variant. Quite interesting indeed, and so very telling.

This was obviously fake. First, its marketing males bodies. That isn't really allowed, and honestly, even removing gender from the equation, even today, a close up of a woman's crotch would still be a little...on the nose.

Secondly...Ivy is a sex symbol. Voldo isn't at all.

Also, I cant be the only person who thinks that ivy is genuinely gross. Ill confess that like, Kasumi is attractive despite being a terrible and irresponsible design. But ivy is more parody then hot. Looking at her is disgusting.
