This is something that has really blown my mind, in every south park episode there is at least one visitor in each episode.

Some of these could be real, but others could be a quick photoshop job. However I will be keeping my eye out every time I watch a South Park episode.

I didn't know that and I never bothered to look.

Considering that the first episode of South Park is the visitors episode (I think? Isn't it?) it's reasonable enough to keep them as a gag, especially considering the kind of material South Park works with.

By "material" I mean bullshit myths.

I've known of a few of the running gags they've done but this one has completely escaped my knowledge (which does make me a tad sceptical). Beady eyes shall be fixated like a hawk to spot them from now on.

Ive seen them in some episodes. Like where the visitor is posed as the nurse. But i never thought there would be one in every episode or WHY there would.

I had noticed a one of these (but I didn't realize they were in every episode), I had seen the one between Chef and Cartmans mom in the top set of spoilers.

I remember noticing the one in the reflection in Randy's car (in the third spoiler) when I watched that episode. But besides the ones where they're obvious, like the ones in posters etc, I had no idea about it. I definitely didn't think it'd be in every episode.
I'll have to keep an eye open next time I watch it then...
