I just love having Freddie Kruger as an Arnie-style retired government operative, with a wife and kids.

It was a play off of the movie "Shooter" if I'm not mistaken. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

South Park stopped being funny the day they decided to stop writing and start making fun of whatever happens to be popular that week 200 and 201 did make me laugh but 90% of all their new episodes are trash.

Yeah the premise is a bit complicated but the actual plot is very straightforward.
