From what I've seen and heard, the Eiseinhorn game is complete garbage, so it's not all roses. But yeah, Total Warhammer, Vermintide, Battlefleet Gothic, Mordheim, this game. It's not all doom and gloom
...bah, until the planets align and I get a Necromunda game that plays almost just like XCOM:EW, then it is all doom/gloom. ;-) Well, I'd settle for a 40K skirmish game that played like XCOM, given barely anyone seems to remember or care about Necromunda.

What you will get is a bunch of drunken people shouting praises to the Emperor of Mankind into their mics and cursing heretics and xenos while putting them to the flame.
...and maybe some giggling.
...and I think its going to be fucking glorious. I'm sure my fiance is going to hate me for it.
Nah, randoms on Xbox Live likely won't be saying any of that stuff. It'll probably just be the usual homophobia and misogyny from the conventional console shooter crowd...

There's two ways to do a Space Hulk game - Full blown Hulk (Atmosphere) and full blown Space Marine (I am an ANGEL OF DEATH). I agree, if their going single player, they gotta go for the hulk focus.
I can nitpick all I like, but ultimately quality games set in the 40K 'verse - especially on console - are almost nonexistent, so if it plays well yet plays like L4D I won't be that down on it. The more quality GW games that gain mass market appeal, the better for everyone in terms of larger playerbases, more IP's being tried, and so on.
