Well, I must disagree on the Saboteur. I found that game dreadfully dull.
Anyhow:
#1 Persona 4. It's well received by the small number of people it appears to, but as an outsider they seem to not like it.
#2 Saints Row 2: People complained about the graphics and the glitches, but it's all made up for with absolute fun factor.
#3 Borderlands: A lot of people didn't like it, but it's really good fun to play on splitscreen.
