Specil/Collector edition games you bought

Simply put what collector edition games have you got?

And what is your general thought on collector, hard case and special edition's of games?

I like them, I know they are pretty useless but they look nice on the shelf and its a bit of a no brainier when a few games regular and special additions were the same price, that I think was the case with a few games I got in the past.

I have quite a few, I got the shiny box edition of assassin's creed, dawn of war 2, far cry2 and unreal tournament, special editions of the conduit and the big collectors addition of monster hunter tri, I am also thinking shiny box Versions of gta vice and San Andreas but I think they all came like that.

For me it would be:

Halo 3
Halo Reach
Fable 2
Fable 3
Resistance 2
Goldeneye remake(got it on sale for $40!)
Dragon Age 2(if you consider the signature edition a collector's edition)

Witcher: Enhanced Edition(now the normal edition, again, full of goodies like the soundtrack, a strategy guide, making of video's, and a couple of other things).

As for how I feel about them, well I love the goodies they come with. Which are usually making-of video's and/or soundtracks.

Also, I'd pay any amount of money for a Timesplitters collector's edition. If one ever came out. Seriously, any amount of money.

Mass Effect 3 will be my first. I usually don't get excited about the bonus stuff, but I'm pretty sure I'll go for this one.

I have the Signature Edition of Dragon Age 2. I don't know if that counts. As far as typical collector's edition stuff goes, it just gave me the full game soundtrack (there are more tracks than there are listed on the iTunes or Amazon versions) and a different cover. I consider the free dlc more like a typical preorder bonus.

I have the cube edition of Portal 2 on preorder, although I only have the cube edition because it was upgraded for free by EB. That's generally the only time I get limited editions.

I bought the mass effect 1 collectors edition a month ago for 30 euro which is about treble the cost of the normal game, while it does look nice I realize now that I've paid over the odds for what is effectively the normal game in an aesthetically pleasing metal lunch box.

Marvel vs Capcom 3. For $10 more, I got a nice little metal case for it instead of the plastic one, an artbook, and Jill and Shuma Gorath for free. Worth it.

I WAS going to get Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, but a small crisis required some extra funds... and I had to make a choice.

Altough I only got it beacuse it was the only copy there.

I got the collectors edition of Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, because it was the same price as the normal version. The poster that came with it, that is basically the box art massive, looks amazing
