The same way they try and get everyone up in arms. By saying that they want to turn ?our kids? into homosexuals when really we just want to turn their kids into homosexuals... If only for the sake of cleaning the gene pool a little.
Seriously though, Fox News talks more about homosexuality the Logo network. Their obsession with it probably makes even a lot of their own viewers wonder but whenever I hear a right winger complain about all the homosexuality in commercial media I tell them that they only feel overwhelmed by it because they watch Fox.

Why do people care what Fox News reports on? Their demographic's point of view is set in stone; nothing's going to change their minds. They already think homosexuals, video games and fuel efficient cars are ruining the world. Why do we care if the "news" network they choose to watch lets them feel like someone shares those views?
On the bestiality topic: nobody has mentioned the biggest reason we have anti-bestiality laws: disease. If having intercourse with a Kahjit, Argonian, Elf or Orc is going to give you some kind of trans-species STD then it should be illegal. However, if there is no danger of cross species disease, and if there is no danger of deformed, cross-breed children, then intercourse with another species would be permitted.
One final thought: I've never seen offspring from intercourse in video games. That's a completely untapped narrative device. Imagine if Shepherd got Liara pregnant in ME1 (as a male) or Kaiden got Shepherd pregnant (as a female). Until sex is treated as reproduction, rather than solely recreation (ha), video games are missing out.
