Spidey starts eating people because hes not just spider-man hes Marvel Zombies spider-man.He consumes the flesh of crime and he swings on his forearm veins instead of webs.When crime stops because everyones afraid of getting eaten he will get hungry and eat everyone.

Now what do you do?

Easy trick him into going into a giant bath. Then use him for genetic experiments so we can learn how he got his super powers (what gene) and if we can give them to other people and how he turned into a zombie so we can stop the zombie apocalypse.

Even if he doesn't have buildings he can still crawl up walls and stalk you like a hunter from l4d but hes impossible to shoot.(Although in the comics he's smelly so stay away from garbage and you may detect him)
