Do we turn to "The needs o the many outweigh the needs of the few" or Bioshocks: Don't feed the parasites?

Who do the fanboys support more?

Which ideal better suits you?

And who would win in a fight (Nerve pinch or a good old Spliced Putter swing) between the pair?

If they met, friends or foes?
(I personally go for foe's in this case, two too contrasting ideals)

Anyway, go nuts, Escapiscapalians

Sigh, you'd have to read Atlas Shrugged to get a better grip on this question.

Never played Bioshock and don't know Andrew Ryan. But he seems like an upstanding guy, and surprisingly like Nietzsche. The needs of the many keep dragging the great down, I agree.

Seems to me someone didn't finish Bioshock, or you'd see just how badly Ryan's philosophy works. While I'm not exactly for charity for no reason, I do think Spock has the right idea.

Probably agree with Ryan but see both sides.

thought this did make me wonder about how both statements actually contradict themselves

1) the needs of the many out way the needs of the few.
While this may be true as a general rule, governments and organizations of power are made up of a few people and at times in order for change the needs of the few must come before the many.

2)Don't feed the parasites?
well without the "parasites" the world would be an empty place, as a species we are pretty parasitic the great and the not so great. so is the parasite the normal man("slave" as Ryan says) or the visionary for both feed on they other.

o_O got waaaay to serious there sorry folks
