Hey Escapist and the people who populate this forum. the other day I found my missing SSBM so being me I played it and completed it and what not then going back to do some brawling online I felt like something was left out, but cutting to the chase.
1. Adventure mode. Subspace emissary was great, but it felt tedious as well. what I would like to see was the original adventure mode along side SSE. Adventure mode was a short burst of fighting with certain things happening (like fighting metal Mario and metal Luigi)
2. The stages. I'm glad many of the stages returned into brawl, but some of the unique ones were unfortunately removed. like the rotating Metroid prime arena (I forgot the name) was a favourite of mine.
3. Some of the moves. when SSBB came out many changes were made to the existing movesets of characters. Mario down+B move was changed from the spin to fludd, this would be good if fludd wasn't so crap! all it seems to do is push you back. Kirby also felt a bit of a hit from this by removing his running+B move from Fire (K64) to the Hammer.
4. Unique ways to collecting characters. SSBM took me about 5 days to get all the characters. the many unique ways of getting the characters made melee a game that lets you get used to the play style before throwing more characters at you. in brawl you can get all the characters in SSE
5. Mewtwo. I was quite reluctant to put this on the list since I know about the war that happened between Lucario fans and Mewtwo fans. I liked Mewtwo in melee, he was fast and powerful and hypnosis came a lot of help against my friends and overcoming many challenges
1. Tabuu. wait what? okay allow me to explain. I found tabuu unoriginal compared to Master hand. I feel that they only added him in because Master hand didn't seem threatening enough.
2. That fire emblem stage, I seriously have no idea how that links to any fire emblem game at all. of they needed a stage then why didn't they do the final level in Fe8 where the demon king/Lyon appears in the background and mess around with the characters (like putting them to sleep and such)
3. The character line up / movesets. allow me to sum them up easily
Marth: Learn to fight in your own game before fighting in others
Jigglypuff: *twitch*
Falco: you can kick your reflector thing, big whoop.
Ganondorf: YOU HAVE SWORDS DAMN IT
Diddy kong: why must half of your attacks need charging before being useful?
Toon link: so much potential, and yet your a link close, of course he's faster and what not but the moves are basic the same.
Comments please?
(please not: some of the things I said were exaggerated.)
EDIT added "/ moveset since I think I gave the wrong impression when it came to that part, like I thought it was cool adding Diddy Kong into it yet i felt his moveset was lacking.
5 things that should of stayed on to brawl

1. i was going to complain about wolf but he wont let me do that (I know dumb joke)
2. hearing the announcer say "giant metal snake" gives a few minutes of immature amusement
3. fighting on the back of Entei was cool
4. i never understood why Mowth was removed from melee, apparently Meowth was going to be in SSB1 but was removed for unknown reason, why they didn't add him as playable melee is beyond me, they did add him as a pokeball in melee(unsure) and brawl but being able to play as him would be cool.
