Honestly I want to see a group Jedi Vs Sith fight like in The Old Republic trailer (at 2.00)-

Seriously how did I know wanted that concept until I saw that trailer? We got one on one Jedi Vs Sith fight, Jedi vs an army fight but no group Jedi vs Sith fight?
*Breaks out nerd spectacles.*

The movies takes place when only the Rule of Two Sith order was in effect, so there were only ever 2 Sith, with a few Dark Jedi minions to cling to their boot heels. That's why we hadn't really seen a mosh pit fight of lightsabers like that put to screen before.

Granted, the Rule of Two is pretty well and truly done, that could happen now.
Yeah I know about the Rule of Two (owned The Jedi Path book and even then didn't some future Sith changed it and it became the Rule of One as in that Sith Lord had many apprintice and being killed by the lord was an honour?) but one can still dream! Even then given Disney wanting to reconn some of the lores (like getting rid of Raven) it could still happened at the expensed of angry fanboys!

The angry fatass nerd fanboys to realize that, when they'll inevitably break their spines whining about whatever they don't like about the film, that it is ultimately a commercial product that, whether it turns out good or bad, will ultimately have fairly little impact on their lives.

It being a good film couldn't hurt either. I've been deliberately avoiding the trailers like the Black Plague so I can see it with fresh eyes.

Honestly, just 2 words: Less pandering.

I don't want characters created to appeal to younger demographics, or female demographics, or minority demographics. Of course, I have no problem with a varied cast throughout all roles, but I don't want the designed by committee thought process of "we have a female protagonist, because we NEED to have one". If it does, fine, but don't make it like you are filling a checklist or something...

Also, I would like the movies to be less guided toward the merchandise proposals and diversity. It is SW and Disney, so of course it will. I just settle with "not embarrassingly so"...

That the Sith Lord lives up to my first impression, that he is serious, calculating, powerful and preferably not a cartoon villain that shouts "ULTIMATE POWER!!" as he shoots force lightning. A competent imperial military force, as in storm troopers that are not complete jokes but something to be feared. A new republic that tries to maintain order while avoiding turning into new tyrants.

In short anything that is not GOOD VERSUS EVIL, it is so bloody overdone. Especially in the Star Wars universe, how about antogonists with a goal, a dream, an ideal instead of being evil for evil's sale? How about there actually being selfish individuals in the new republic that saw an easy way to power.

Battlefront II was enjoyable because it gave an alternative perspective on things.
I....don't know how much you should expect that with Abrams at the helm. He's....not very good at subtle plot and writing. He's pretty much all flashy, in your face motivations and big action. So, yeah, I suspect you will be disappointed.
yep, you probably are right on that. Still, it will probably be worth my money regardless.

On topic: Oh! Can I see mandalorian, preferably a female or a whole group. One the is not Boba Fett or Boba Fett Senior. The mandalorian culture is one of my favourite parts of the whole setting.
eh...Book Mandalorian or new canon Mandalorian? Because in the new canon, Mandalorians are a peaceful pacifist society that is completely against the use of violence. It's...not my favorite change the Clone Wars did. Though I did enjoy that series tremendously.

They might not be pacifist for much longer, considering that last we checked, Death Watch and Maul were still in control of the planet, and had basically whipped up a cultural frenzy by showing them pacifism cannot save them.

There's hope, friend!
