Cruising through the internet, as I am wont to do, I came across this... this...
Well, I'll put it up for you guys to see for yourself. It's something that can't be described well enough in words apart from "look at the title" and "kinda like Star Wars, but the stormtroopers are all Ned Kellies and that's the baseline for awesome".

From a personal standpoint, this is actually good Australian speech. The slang is bang on, the intonation is very much obvious without being faked and the whole premise is just hilarious.

The slang was caked on pretty thick. I wonder what it sounds like to a non-Australian? Also, I personally can't remember the last time I heard someone say "flamin'".

Yeah, all depictions of Australian slang must use terms never sen anymore in the real world. It's a rule.

Heeey... I still use flaming as an expletive adjective. True, it's only in conjunction with a few set words (idiot and galah being prime examples that sit in my mind) but they're still used!

Also, I'm guessing they're showing off the pedigree somewhat - something tells me Australia doesn't have the colloquial vocabulary to pull off 30 minutes of that sort of language.
Still, the production isn't half bad for an amateur production. Can't wait to see the final result!

I totally thought that was a international term.
