Name: Trefs'tren'ifsano/Streni
Rank: Lieutenant
Age: 21
Appearance: Like all chiss, Streni has red eyes, and black hair, however her skin tone is lighter than usual - leaning more towards silvery blue then the deep blue most chiss are known for. She ties her long hair back in a high ponytail, much to her chagrin, not matter what she does a few strands manage to escape her tightly tied back hair. She stands slightly taller than average at 5?12? and is of a slim build.
On board the RSS Avenger she usually wears her CEDF uniform, to bring about an air of professionalism that she believes the crew is lacking in. The uniform is almost completely black, except for the blue insignia of the CEDF on the right arm.
Position: Pilot/Tactical Officer
Race: Chiss
Homeworld: Sarvchi
Bio: Streni grew up on the colony world of Sarvich, one of the few worlds that harbored non-chiss that operated within the ascendancy. When studying within the great library on her home planet she would spend time playing with other children her age. One of her favourite games to play was one that she was taught by a human boy Cole; hide and seek. While playing this simple children?s game, her talent for tactical thinking and strategy was revealed.
Instead of searching randomly, she would think about what the most probable places to hide were, where her friends had been hiding before and extrapolate from there. When it was here place to hide she would always chose a different place, even going so far as exploring the verdant forests to find new, better hiding places.
Her parents noticed this trend and encouraged her to enlist in the CEDF, she left her homeworld for the first and arrived on the more xenophobic planet Csilla occupied only by chiss.
Unfortunately for her, her classmates were arrogant and believed their xenophobic ways to be right, as no species was greater than the chiss in their opinion. For expressing her views that they were wrong, they ostracized her. Not letting get her to her, she decided the best way to show them how wrong they were was to excel within the academy at as many subjects she could.
However her plan came to a head once the instructors caught wind of it. Scolding her for her abnormal way of thinking.
After this frustrating encounter, instead of persistently coming to proverbial blows with her other classmates she decided to just keep her head down and get on with her studies. Surprisingly this new focus had her surpass her classmates in the only two subjects she wholeheartedly enjoyed; piloting and tactics. Almost intuitively she used the same strategy that she had used when playing hide and seek on the fly. This time however she had the advantage of not having to count to ten to giver her targets a head start.
Nevertheless, because of the non aggression law, she was constantly admonished for her hot headedness in the pilot seat. Her instructors telling her that it was better for her to wait for her targets to fire on her first, losing the obvious tactical advantage.
Unhappy with her uncooperative behaviour once she graduated from the military academy, she was shipped off to serve aboard the new republic vessel the RSS Avenger, firstly to make sure that her behaviour might rub off on the other pilots, and secondly hoping that she would learn to cool her hot head from the Jedi on board.
