It took a moment for Hey Long to refocus his mind after being assaulted like this. Another to comprehend that the Sith intended to slam him to the ground. Normally he could strike a pressure point to break out, but his mind was still biting back the disorientation.kat-24 said:Alright, that pushed it...
Arc got up, brushing the rubble off of himself...
"That hurt, I'll give you that." Arc said
Arc turned off one saber, he looked at his opponent with hate and contempt, and put one hand out. Raising it up, his opponent followed, he then threw him into a wall, and let him go. When his opponent tried to rise, he threw a piece of debris at his chest, slamming him back down.
"If you were one of us, you would have been smart enough not to come here, Jack" He grabbed the man by his throat, and turned, throwing him into the ground at the same time. The man blacked out, when he came back too, Arc was throwing him through the wall he had been slammed through. Arc then sliced the mans blaster in half, and threw it away. Grabbing the man by the shoulder, Arc jumped out of a window, with the man in tow.
"Next stop, ground." Arc said with a sadistic smile.
OOC: We're 14 stories up, so, yeah, it oughta be an interesting fall
"Well, at least I know how all those poor bastards felt"kat-24 said:Struggling to regain control from his nerve being hit, he tried to focus... Working through the pain, he managed to speak... And move.
"No please, don't wait up!" Arc said in the most gleeful manner, he headbutted the man, momentarily stunning him, and weakening the grip he had on him. This gave him the chance to withdraw his remaining lightsaber, and cut into the mans leg.
Arc heard a scream of pain and felt the tight grip fall off.
"Have a nice flight!" Arc shouted.
He dug his saber into the wall off the building in order to slow his descent. He arrived at ground floor without any problems, his new found friend, however, was not so lucky, he hadn't hit the ground but instead was caught three stories up on a flagpole that used to advertise the republic and their army, Arc smiled, and ever so gently, tossed the man over the edge with the force. As he fell, Arc muttered "Goodbye.", and smiled
Well, that didn't end the way he thought it would. Hey Long could keep fighting; a shockwave blast to knock out the soldiers, but this Sith in particular wasn't the type of idiot that tries to pummel his foes with blasts of force lightning or whack his limbs off with a lightsaber, oh no. This one actually had a brain.kat-24 said:Arc jumped in the air in order to dodge the bolt of electricity, but used his training in Aataru to boost himself high enough to grab on to a crack in the building, when he looked down, he saw the man staring up at him, "Hows the weather down there?" Arc said, and threw his lightsaber at the man, he dodged, and Arc pulled the saber back up to him.
Time to play hard ball
Arc used the force to yank the flag pole out of the building, slowly, when he next chucked his lightsaber at the man, the pole came from behind.
Direct hit.
The pole struck the man in the temple, and caused him to fall, limp, to the ground.
"Take him away." Arc said, and several soldiers came out and dragged him into the building.
"Oh, no, god forbid I try to get you to come to the dark side. I could kill you right here and who would care? No one, the republic? No. The Sith? No. Face it, you're worthless, you have no allies, and you're one man army act isn't impressing anyone. This is a new era of darkness, and if you're not with us, you're against us, so whats it going to be, do you want to rot here, dying, slowly?" Arc drew his lightsaber and put it up to his neck. "Or do you want power, so you can do what you really want, no orders, no rules, no nothing, no jack from anyone once I'm done training you. Kill anyone, do anything, be anyone you want...."world_of_dragons said:The guards had left the room, but there was no doubt they would be posted outside. Thanks to this, Hey Long simply exercised his energy into his leg to speed up the healing process.
"Hm... Well this is gonna get dull" he said to himself.
Hey Long wasn't sure if he shouldn't have brought a book or something with him for these sort of things. But just before he could figure out how best to past the time, the door opened and a familiar presence sauntered in.
"Took ya long enough." Hey Long acknowledged. "If you're hear to give me the ol' "Come to the dark side" speech, don't waste your breath." He told him
(OOC: well that's it for me, I'm gonna get off and head to bed)
(OOC: actually, I should say this before anyone interrupts me)kat-24 said:"Oh, no, god forbid I try to get you to come to the dark side. I could kill you right here and who would care? "Goodbye." Arc said, and left.
"Tsk..."kat-24 said:"Me-ow" Arc said tauntingly as he left. "My feelings were hurt, they truly were, maybe in our next fight you can brag when you're not in confinement. Until then."
Arc left.
