That is one ancient screenshot there.
That's from the pre-beta days.

I believe this demo will cause a surge of Terran players, and as such, I hate it.
Terrans are filth.
Why don't you all just make yourself useful and die to feed the swarm.

Ah, yes. The old marketing screwover. Get people to buy your game just in time to tell them the expansion/sequel is coming out in a few months and the current multiplayer will become useless. Way BM, Blizzard. Earlier on, this would have been a noble idea, but now it's just kind of a dickmove to the people who end up buying it unaware of Heart of the Swarms imminent release.
Of course they did this in order to sell more copies of Starcraft and eventually Heart of the swarm, but to say that it's a dick move to market something in a way that has no negative impact on anyone is irrational at best.

Haters gonna hate.

Oh, an error authenticating my download of the demo that no one can fix because it doesn't synchronize with my internet?
What does "synchronize with my internet" mean? Have you tried to contact support or are you just trolling?

See, Blizzard gets it. You'd never see this kinda demo treatment from Activision or EA. And heck, Capcom is taking to charging people for demos. *Sigh* Sometimes I weep for the current state of the gaming industry.
The biggest problem there is it's not mainly down to the games industry ... we as gamers are the reason for it.

We're willing to pay so they charge. If they have a chance to make money and we, as gamers, are gullible enough to pay for it then of course they will milk something for everything they can get.
Don't get me wrong, I agree with you. Heck, one thing I often say is that gamers need to start boycotting games with disagreeable DRM, because buying is basically saying "Way to go, we don't mind this at all!" Developers aren't reading forum posts to see what we like, they're looking at their bank accounts.

As for Capcom, it hasn't been established that we're willing to pay for the demos. They only recently started the program, and frankly I hope it crashes and burns so that we can all ask Capcom what the nelly they were thinking in the first place. I will be sadly disappointed if it works.
