Rest assured then! They still do that.

They just can't explode an expo in 3 seconds while doin so.
I thought their damage against bio was dramatically lowered? They seem more like hyper-aggressive/mobile scouts now than anything.
It was actually completely removed. The don't have any bonus damage of any kind. However they have a tech ability that heals them 2 health a second if they're not hit for 10 seconds makin them disturbinly good at hit and run tactics, even in mid game. They also have 10 more health than their original counterparts and, while slower than their upgraded Wings of Liberty counterparts, don't have to tech to go full speed and just start off goin fast and have a shorter build time by...I think 5 seconds?
Let's not forget that they don't require tech labs anymore. So people can build them two at a time from reactor barracks, or just pump some out really fast for a quick early harass. It'll be interesting to see if they make it to the final game this way.

I wish that Blizzard would just start making full length CGI movies.
In my opinion the CGI cut-scenes is Blizzards forte.

From the StarCraft Wiki
The ultralisk is a 20 meter long and 5 meter high living battering ram
Those looked a might bigger than 5 meters. Tanks are supposed to be able to take those things on, not get suck to the bottom of their feet.
Starcraft (or warcraft) has never made sense proportion wise.

In game no unit can run over anything, an Ultralisk can be blocked by zerglings.

Plus blizzard can always claim the zerg evolved the ultras to be bigger
It just buggs me (pun intended) when they make the battles so one sided.
Zerg aren't insects.
Well, it's hard to categorize Zerg, because they take shit from all sorts of species and bend their DNA to their will. Some Zerg races have carapaces because they're useful, not because they're insects. Also, many of the Zerg invasions were horribly one-sided, entire planets being lost before the Terran and Protoss even knew about it, while others were abandoned because of the overwhelming force of the invasion.

Too keep such quality would be too expansive and not enough people would go see such movie.

But seriously, whenever Blizzard releases a new trailer, I have to watch it over and over again and possibly masturbate. In this area they have no competition, IMO their W3 cinematics were not beaten by any other company yet, let alone this.

Good work as always. Chuckled at the dumbass Viking who landed and tried to take on the Ultralisk.
While I agree with your observation, why not just attack the pods? Or Land the Vikings behind the tanks to mow down zerglings?

Fact: Common sense and pants shitting awesomeness don't go hand in hand.

Also, I would ruin my undies if Blizzard made a full length move with their CGI
Vikings are anti-air and so they should have attacked the mutalisks, the only unit that the Zerg had that could attack air.

As usual Blizzard proves that they should just let their animation department make feature-length movies in their spare time. That shit would be awesome...
this.

pretty as it is, no way the game it self will look that good, or be as interesting, Tyranids Zerg aren't really 'story' material

Yeah not like a video game franchise with a similar player base like the blizzard games has ever managed to release a full length CGI movie...

...Final Fantasy anyone?

Are you referring to "The Spirits Within"?

It cost $137 million dollars and made back $32 million.

You might as well hold up Cutthroat Island as an argument for why Blizzard should make a bunch of pirate movies starring Matthew Modine.

I really hope Blizzard don't screw this up. Starcraft 2 was easily one of my favourite games on release but by contrast Diablo 3 was just such a colossal disappointment in my eyes, I just hope that whatever plague (Greed?) infected Diablo stays well clear of Starcraft.

I enjoyed the campaign in the last one enough so I might pick this one up. I don't much care for the MP, but what's it going to be 30,40 bucks? I can deal with that.

I was actually referring to "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children", though i had forgotten "The Spirits Within"

Though I'm having a hard time finding any sales info on that one.
