I've met Frank Woodley recently. Also Steve Moneghetti's daughter goes to my school so I've met him.

Well I don't recall meeting any famous people (though I was supposed to meet Danzig but the radio djs never showed up to introduce us) I do have some interesting stories.
Way back when my dad went to a Poison concert with some pals and then met the band and went to the after party. Next he got to chat with a band-member (I think Brett Michaels) and then watched a groupy pounce on him and do the deed.
Then there's the time my friends parents were at a strip club and they met Alec Baldwin and Ben Afleck while they were shooting pearl harbor.

Well, a few days ago, I watched Inglourious Basterds after I got home form work. And then I had a dream where Christoph Waltz came in to work and I got him to sign my Tarantino collection.
And it felt super real. Even after I woke up.
I guess that doesn't count.

Last year i met both Kyle Hebert and Steve Blum at Armageddon Expo which made for an awesome day ^_^ Both were nice guys,Also found out Steve Blum was doing voice work for Guild Wars 2 :)

Recently i went to see Frank Woodley at the Comedy Festival which was very good. Met him in the foyer doing signings, had a quick chat with him while he signed a poster i bought and he told me that he quite liked the name Lewie (My first name) which made my day :|) (Or Louie as most people spell it >_<)

Also saw LittleKuriboh, KaiserNeko and Lanipator at Last Year's Manifest Expo

Greg Allman from the Allman Brother's band lives across the street from the grocery store I work. I'm sure I've helped him, I just can't remember. Also, a few of the braver associates like to tease him since he was married to Cher.

I also had an award presented to me when I was in JROTC by a real life Brigadier General. Sure, he only had one star, but that was pretty epic for me growing up in a military town.

Inarguably famous: Bruce Campbell. Less famous: various bands and their members (Bowling for Soup, Street Dogs and a few others). Less famous still: A generally unknown Funk Guitarist for a band I couldn't name who also does alright on the beauty pageant circuit (Briefly friends).

Shook hands with Irish stand up Ed Byrne after one of his shows, he asked if I wanted to buy a dvd, I told him I already had them, he seemed faintly impressed :p Then he signed my ticket and we parted ways.

Some of you may know the band Underline The Sky, they're not really celebrities yet by i was at the gig where they filmed this (the whole band signed my shoes afterwards :D) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HpeJmSZN8c

Well, I haven't yet met a star. Then again, the chancellor of my university is Patrick Stewart and I'll be getting the reward for all my hard work from him.

So yeah, suck on that.

Anthony Hopkins. He was in my small crappy town to reveal a statue of Tommy Cooper (who was born here and stuffs)

I felt embarrassed he had to see the amount of chavs that now live in Wales.

I met the original TOOL band members (Maynard included) at a baby shower for my ex. Little known fact: James is a short, whiny ***** IRL. Justin is a really cool guy, though.

Met George Dubya, Chuck Norris, Hugh Laurie, And a smattering of Hollywood B-listers looking to get sympathy media coverage for "visiting the troops"

Probably the only time I actually was "star Struck" meeting someone famous was when I got to shake hands with Fatal1ty at Dreamhack a few years back.

The closest I've come myself is, I met Drake on Chat Roulette once at least I think it was him.
Sorry to ruin this, but it was extremely likely it was just a gif of him that someone was using to troll people. I think I actually have that gif on my computer...

I've meant Mike Barratt who is an astronaut and the brother of my dad's best friend. He's a pretty cool guy, and it was pretty cool hearing about his time on the International Space Station. The only other famous person I've met couldn't even be called meeting. Basically, Mel Gibson used to own a home in the the next town over (I don't know if he still does), and one day, I was walking to the bus and the bastard almost ran me over. Needless to say I made rude gestures and had some choice words for him as he sped away into the distance. It was bad enough that he raped the legend of William Wallace, but to almost hit me, makes me like him even less.[footnote]I've never actually met the man, so I can't attest to whether or not he is a good guy or not, but until I meet him, I will continue to strongly dislike him[/footnote]

I accosted and shook hands with Michael Buble while he strolled around Circular Quay, obviously not wanting to be disturbed, but whatever. (Oh I've washed the hand)
