Okay, so two friends and I with somewhat of a creative flair are starting a web series that'll be stop-motion, and somewhat odd, but still following a plot-line

My question for The Escapist is this: There are six characters, all who need names.
1. A giant (7.5-ish feet) who is a warrior from the past
2. An alien from another dimension who has no face and doesn't speak.
3. A busker from a large city who doesn't need the money, just enjoys playing the guitar
4. A man in a wheelchair who has an inexplicably gigantic armory on his chair, and is somewhat insane
5. A four-foot tall quadruped steampunk robot
6. A mercenary from the future who's forgotten why he's come to our time

So, some of the character ideas aren't very original, but let me know what you think, and if this ever gets off the ground, I'll drop you a line.

P.S. All of the characters (with the exception of the robot, which is of course, genderless) are male. Keep this in mind when coming up with names.

4. General Pain (His catchphrase would be "It's time for general pain to cause pain in general!")
5. Mister steamy. Or since steampunk has a victorian era vibe Sir Steamy Esquire.

Please do use Kragoth. I've been using that name online for ~5 years now, I'd love that :p

you need at least one girl.
for the sex jokes, love interest, equality type stuff
also more fun to draw.

1. kragoth sounds good to me, i've already thought of a few possible jokes
2. grey, or dr. grey depending on context
3. what's a busker?
4. steve, because nothing says nothing at all like steve
5. rusty, need i explain it
6. kyne, because it sounds cool and nothing is as cool as a merc with anethesia

honestly, i'd make grey(alien person) genderless, then a turn out to be a girl over the course of a series bit. but make it really obvious up to that point so everyone else looks silly when they finally figure it out.

sorry if i intruded on your artistic priveleges. i just think your comic sounds like a great idea.

So far... (note that these are all subject to change)
1. Warg
2. none yet
3. I want Sven, but still up in the air
4. Cri(7;vz)p Pronounced "Crip"
5. None yet
6. I liekd Jack
Keep on going guys - we need Ideas and names.
There is a reason there's no women however: None of us are sexist, but love implications and sassy girls are somewhat played out, and without that distraction, we'll be able to focus on new, more creative things. things. Also, a busker is someone who sits and plays by the streets for money, ie, those guys who play the guitar and sing with an open guitar case for money.

1. Borga
2. Mr Mute
3. Wiley
4. Looney Binster (short name Bin)(Is that character based on Mad Hamish? Have him talk in swears)
5. Woodchips
6. Bob

You need a chick, holmes. Make the mercenary female, or something. There doesn't have to be a gorram love interest, but sexist jokes are always awesome, especially when directed at men from women.

Oh, and what's the series about?

Ever heard the saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover?"

Well don't hate his idea based on his characters!

At some point, we may consider new characters, a woman perhaps among them, but until that point, no women here. Possibility of a Zombie hooker, just off the top of our heads.

What the fuck?! Did you just pick shit out of a hat? That is the most retarded list of characters EVAR!
and that's his right man.

once again, OP your comic needs a woman. maybe a tie to the present? everyone else seems to be from elsewhere. you could call her elsie!

but if you insist on waiting until you establish your characters before introducing women, then by all means, make it so.
i'll still read it.

what time period are you setting this in?
and please, no zombie hooker, it would be a nightmare

You all want a woman? Fine. We'll make a hooker. A zombie hooker. Something along those lines.
Considering that you just made up a character on the spot, it sounds like you don't have this planned out. At all.

I was just kidding, man - don't worry. It'll be well thought out.
