A few people on my friends list would spam her page (and thus, my wall or whatever the hell the main page is called) with religious slogans. It wasn't stupid (that's what I say outloud so as to not look intolerant) but it was annoying as Hell. It's fun to kick people off of my friends list...especially family members whom I haven't seen physically since the 90's.
I have a friend who is a musician and likes reviewing movies and games.
He makes paragraph long statuses about these things, and often is the first to comment...with another paragraph.
Also, his reviews are pretty much just telling you to play lists of games that came out recently.
Honourable mention goes to girls who post statuses descirbing how girls deserve to be treated.

the sad thing is some people have actually forgotten how to spell the correct version of the word. I personally had to stop myself and think for a second a few months back when I typed out the word "what", even though that is the correct spelling, I had gotten so used to seeing the word spelled "wut" that the correct spelling seemed wrong for some reason.
