Wow seems everyone has been more lucky than I have at this sale thing.
I've completed 21 objectives and not earned a single game, instead:
15 coal, -50% valve (already own everything off valve) -25% THQ, -50% stalker clear sky, -50% cyanworlds, -50% airline tycoon 2, -50% dwarfs, -50% VVVVVV

So far I've got five pieces of coal, a 50% off Valve coupon, and a 33% off Valve coupon. A friend of mine got Space Empires V, which he had no interest in, so I traded him a couple of duplicate TF2 items for it. I've also got quite a few achievements I can still get; I spent an hour and a half yesterday getting the one for Rise of the Immortals, which is why I now have five pieces of coal instead of four DX

Edit: It's too bad the coupons don't work until after the sale ends. I'd love to get Counterstrike for $2.50.

I have 15 goddamn coals, does anyone have any tips for exchanging them? Like a list of what you can get, I highly doubt the ratio of good is any good.

Why not craft 14 of your coal into 2 gifts?

Because the chance to get anything remotely good is minimal. I'm gonna try to trade them.
