Basically the answer to everything you asked is: Steam rating is some kind of number steam gives you on a weekly basis or somthing which represents how long you play steam games for. If yours is 10.0 that means you play steam games a hell of a lot.

Steam rating determines how much you play games on steam. It's high for me when I get a new game, but right now it's pretty low. 1.3, at the moment.

I don't think 16 hours a week is that bad. It's a little more than 2 hours a day which is probably not very much for most gamers. I'll admit Ive played way longer than that when I get addicted to games

Well everyone...look at my profile. It highlights 34.4 hours of Gmod and 6 hours of half life 2 episode 2 and some episode 1 over the last 2 weeks. A LOT of time.
