Bastion. Just bastion.

Would've gotten kingdom of amalur: reckoning too if it had gone on sale but it never did. Makes sense though, who would valve call to discuss the details of the sale? The Rhode Island governer?

I only recently re-activated my account after years of neglect (I got it with Half-Life 2 & that was when Steam was crap so ignored it). Came back at a good time!
Got:

Breath of Death VII & Cthulhu Saves the World
Left 4 Dead 2
Empire: Total War
and got TF2 & DC Universe Online for free obviously!

Edit: Just bought Jade Empire Special Edition! Ony £2.24!

Nothing.

No money, stag parties, wedding and birthdays coming up, so I steered clear.

Plus, I've a huge backlog of games.

I spent a lot more than I expected/wanted to originally, but I made a pretty sizeable saving on some good stuff. Hopefully this'll last me a good long while.

Ys Origin
Ys Oath
Arkham City + Harley Quinn's Revenge
The Darkness 2
Mirror's Edge
Lonesome Road + Honest Hearts (New Vegas DLC)
Bioshock
Beyond Good and Evil
Fallout 3 GOTY
Jade Empire Special Edition
Penumbra Black Plague
Penumbra Overture
Penumbra Requiem

Grand Total spent: £49
Overall value: £177 (72% overall discount)

It's just as well there's no games I'm interested in coming out, as I've resolved to not buying any new games until I've played through the backlog.

most of the stuff I would have bought are things I already have or wouldn't buy on a PC.

Still, I waked away with Plants V Zombies, Civ: 5 and a bunch of cheap DLC for Dawn of War III.

I kept pretty cheap.

Portal 1 and 2 for $7ish (great games)
The Witcher: Enhanced Edition for $2.50
Cave Story+ for $2ish
All Mount and Blades for $9
Evochron Mercenary for $7
And I've got to say I've been pleased with all of them. Already beat Portal 2. The ending blew me away.
Evochron Mercenary and Cave Story+ were shots in the dark. Both are REALLY good.
The Witcher and Mount&Blade are really deep, and so I can't tell yet how good the games are. So far they've been quite fun.

FATALE ($2)
Time, Gentlemen Please! + Ben There, Dan That ($1)
Superbrothers: Sword & Sorcery EP ($5.35)
Tactical + Explosive Pack DXHR ($1)

Adventure games, son!

I was banking on an encore day so I actually bought a lot less than I thought I might:
- Force Unleashed 1&2
- Portal 2

I was on the fence with a lot of games and simply missed out on deals of others.
I would have bought had I seen the deals with them at 75% off:
- Anomoly (reverse tower defense game)
- Lone Survivor

I kind of regret passing on Alan Wake, but that's a game for another sale.
