I got the Long Dark.

Tis good but think I cam going to wait for the story update before I really get involved, I've never really liked sandbox / open ended play.

They seem to have pissed off their hardcore fan base with some sort of count down counter which turned out to be a count down to another count down at the end of which was the, um, PS4 launch.

Hmmm.... I got.

Dishonoured 2 - Demo works fine on my PC. Can't go wrong at ?10 as I love the series.
Dishonoured DLC - Knife of Dunwall and Brigmore Witches - ?4 quid(ish) combined purchase. Awesome.
Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor GOTY Edition. ?3 - Three quid. I bought a coldbrew in starbucks and it cost me ?3.30 and it sucked.
Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak. ?10 -Played HW1 and HW2 and am a big fan (I have my original 1st edition disks still!) No brainer.
Galactic Civ III - ?8 quid (I think) - always wanted to try this series, too expensive for me to gamble. This was perfect.
Hitman Bloodmoney - ?3 - ave the collectors edition, couldn't get it to run on win 10, ?3 on steam? Bargin for it to always be available on my account.

Now, NOT on steam, but was on sale (possibly due to steam sale)

Starcraft 2: Nova misson pack -?11.99 - usually 40 quid. Purchased.

PlayerUnknown's Battleground, Hitman and Ultimate General: Civil War. The last 3 or so Steam Sales have not really been all that attractive to me. I find that I am less interested in getting a lot of games and more after games that occupy my time for 2 or 3 weeks or spend a month or two playing with friends.

NieR was all I was looking for, really. Civ VI has been on my radar and the price was ok, so I got it too. I have no idea of how I heard about Infested Planet, but its a pretty solid, if somewhat basic strategy game.

Is there anime on steam now? When did that happen?

I didn't get anything in the steam sale. I did however pick up Planescape Torment on gog. I look forward to getting round to that a couple of years down the line.
