Steam, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, One Error, and I

This was maybe the best RPG ever made.

I'd argue the point, but it's definitely in the top 5. Now if only someone could get System Shock 2 to run on modern machines...

Finaly i got my Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines to work over Steam.

I installed the Patch v1.2 (bloodlines64-1.2) from the site

and bling it entered the game perfectly and so far i havent gotten any bugs, but i've allso only just played about 10 min ^^ just wanted to share my happiness i hope some more Steam players will be able to get it to work now.

Might want to look up ways to run it on one core only as it cannot handle dual core so well.

System Shock 2 runs fine on modern machines with these instructions, though fine tuning might still be in order.

Eh...XP wouldn't run it, and I gave up on windows after these posts, so...depends if my hate of Dead Space as a pale imitation can overrule my distrust of Windows.

I had to intall an unoficial patch to get my copy working. totally worth it, the game is awesome.
