Steam's 2013 Autumn Sale Begins

Remember guys, check whether the deal you're getting is going to last for the entire sale, because if it is then there's probably going to be a much better deal at some point during it and you'll feel stupid. Good rule of thumb is usually if it's 50% off, the deal will at some point be better than that.

Except Skyrim's DLCs. Those aren't going under 50% before the armageddon

I wouldn't worry. That's top sellers, not sale prices.

I finally picked up Skyrim, and got my GF FFVII, so this hasn't been a total wash, but I'm seeing a lot of "same olds" in this.

Yes the SPRING sale is looking good, and no I'm not just changing it to fit my area, it actually says Spring sale down here in Australia, good on Valve for realising that not everyone lives on their side of the planet

I was genuinely surprised by this, as I thought the Halloween sale counted as the "Fall" sale.

Also, nice of them to acknowledge the flow of seasons in the southern hemisphere.
