Being a punk means I'm either a violent drunkard or a violent straightedge with no social awareness, I also believe in anarchy and chaos, because they're the same thing right?

I am, for the most part, against violence, I really don't want anyone get hurt unless it's through willing participation (example. a mosh pit, you know what happens there, if you get hurt, your fault)

I don't drink a lot, but I'm certainly not straightedge.

I actively try and be as polite as I can to the people I have to interact with.

I do believe in anarchy, and anarchy is not chaos or violence, at all. At all.

- I can't hack into other websites/government facilities (unless i can use an SQL injection on a login form, wich just about every webpage is protected against)

- I can't fix EVERY problem on your computer

- ...or your Phone

- ...or your TV

- ...or your camera

- ...especially not over the phone when the problem is described as "it doesn't work"

- Granted, i can fix some, or even many problems on your computer, but that is not because of my mystical computer-stuff-abilities, but because i can read.

- And i probably wear glasses because both my parents also have to wear them. Not every "computer guy" wears glasses you know.

- And i don't know every programming language, wich is unfortunate, i admit.

I think so too. No, molesting children is not ok, but why do people think that the best way to cure what is a psychological condition is too hound them to the edges of society and treat them like they can't be cured. Somehow I don't think I would see that as an incentive to get help.

Another odd example is that people think me a 35 year old English language teacher on MMOs. No, I just like my rambling to be grammatically correct, and it actually wouldn't hurt if some people would follow up on that thought.

Yes I got excellent grades, yes I did next to no revision/cramming, no I'm not lying, no seriously, I'm not lying. You know why? I actually listen to the teacher, I pay attention during class and I do my homework on time. I guess general logical-mindedness and intelligence play a role too, though...

Actually, this together with bi's i think is only partially because of stereotyping. As you hinted yourself, they simply don't know if you like them for sexual reasons. They (assume) they're familiar with how to distinguish it with the opposite sex, but they have no experience how to distinguish it regarding their own sex. Thus, fear takes over.

You say they could just ask? Well, they would feel awkward about it, plus the dogma says that discriminating by sex is bad. If they ask, then that could "symbolize" exactly what you described, and that would be discriminating. Soo, uh, better just walk around the issue, THINK the worst and act according to the worst (because that IS socially acceptable
