Stoked (UK) and big air relase space

stoked is a snowboarding game created by BongFish (love the name) and it's basicaly a snowboarding version of skate, it has been out in US since Feburary 24th, but the release date in the UK is October 2nd, now there is going to be an updated version, basically stoked 1.5 which will include a couple new mountains etc, which will be released on the 24th november (for both US and UK i think). BUT, my main point is the stupid release dates, the amount of time it took for stoked to come to the UK, its not like they really had to change much, if anything at all, and the fact that the (special edition?) of stoked will be out a little over a month after its uk relase date. Your thoughts (on the release date spacing)?

And where exactly did I mention FPS, hmmm? Just because I don't like snowboarding I must be a jerk who only plays FPS' right?

Maybe I should of been more clear: That was my thought, not because it lacked shooting, but merely because I do not have any interest in sport or sportish games.

I meant in no way to imply that they are terrible games, just what I thought personally. If you like them, fine, I just don't see the appeal, So I immediatly think "Who cares" when I hear about games such as this.

I'd rather just go snowboarding *(edit: well skiing)*. Never understood the appeal of sports games; i guess I just don't have my hero worship genes activated.
