As the title says, this is a thread dedicated to showing off, but with the added challenge of only using really strange stuff that you made yourself.
I shall go first:
https://soundcloud.com/badmusicplace/enter-lila
This is a short recording I made for a contest on a guitar forum.
The goal was to make the worst possible recording in sound and playing both.
And this little gem got me the first place, so enjoy this abomination.

Now for you: Did you ever do anything similar? Paint anything with the sole intention of making it so very repulsive that, upon viewing it, the consumer would want to purge the painting with flames and then wash his eyeballs with bleach?
Maybe a poem or a short-story intended to be as boring as humanly possible?

I've made a few sculptures out of pipe cleaners.
Those are the fuzzy wires people use to clean GBA cartridges.

I'm not really trying to get people to scratch their eyes out in terror, but it's a strange material at least...

That tiger is awesome.
And I am willing to bet you only did the Chibiterasu to build a trap to catch the fabled DaystarClarion.

I posted chibi because he's game related, if I wanted to catch Daystar,
I'd use Amaterasu instead (which I don't have a sculpture of...).
Chibi did catch a few people on Deviantart though

Then get on it man, that's the only way we can end his reign of terror on these forums.

Working on an animation at the moment. Wouldn't call it repulsive, but strange? Erm, well...

...kinda.

Well, I did just start doing Pepakura, so there's that if you want to consider it strange. If you don't know it, it's basically turning any 3D model into a paper folding project. So far I'm halfway done with Boba Fett's EE-3 blaster rifle but it's not really much to look at yet so I'm not gonna post pictures.
But the end goal is using it as a basis for making a proper full cosplay armor like so:

I'm trying to program a robot to run away screaming when things get too close, and drag all like-minded robots with it.

It's hard. ;__;

Also, I'm trying to learn Russian, to achieve my lifelong dream of annoying the hell out of my Bulgarian friend with some truly legendary poetry. (Your job: figure out which part of that was made up.)

Also also: I'm trying to make a recursive sandwich in the Chef programming language to troll the crap out of a classmate who says it can't be done.

Well, I made a computer desk with handle-less drawers; http://i.imgur.com/mTNvPze.jpg
When you press them in they bounce out. http://i.imgur.com/m9cdnTR.jpg
It also has enough room for my computer setup and 2 or 3 monitors.

Ts, we all know you have no bulgarian friends.

Also: "All like-minded Robots?" So you want to programm hive-minded robots?
Isn't that the first sign of the beginning of the robo-apocalypse`?

I'm taking games and recording all their licensed songs they used in a notebook

So far, I have Fallout 3/New Vegas, BioShock 1/2/Infinite and starting the Burnout series today

Why? Because I'm horrible at having myself try to find music

Correct! I'm going to annoy the hell out of my Spanish friend.

Also, yes. HOWEVER: This hive mind does not have a growing intelligence, and are unable to do anything but scream and flee. So they'll be very hard to catch and exterminate... but we won't need to.

I decided to challenge myself to see if i could write a Self Insert Fan Fiction that isn't Mary Sue ridden. I insert myself, warts and all. Into Dragon Age. I get my arse kicked repeatedly.http://www.fanfiction.net/s/9151355/1/Panicking-Is-Overrated-A-Dragon-Age-SI

Something artistic? Er... I drew a picture of the character I'm playing in a Dragon Age RP on rpol.net. Not superhappy with her facial tattoos but...

She is an Avvar rogue by the name of Annis An Muire O Falconhold. Yes, those are cornrows that go into three braids at the nape of her neck. (I don't have a scanner so I took a picture with my smartphone.)

That's the first picture I've drawn in over year that I've been even remotely happy with, but as I don't draw much any more that doesn't say much, lol.

IF you want to see other crap works of art that I've made (none within the last 4 years) you can always go to my deader than dead deviantART page: [link]http://finn-icky.deviantart.com/[/link]

If you aren't Swedish/Scandinavian you might not get it though. Drew this one for an UppCon Easter themed competition back in '05. Didn't win but I still like it. (Have the original in Swedish up on dA as well.)

One little project I've got going is to take H.P. Lovecraft's At the Mountains of Madness, translate it to Swedish (and do it properly with all the marvolous possibilities translation-work with such a piece gives), give it some neat artwork, print it out, bind it and keep it as a book.

There's really no need, it's available, both in English and tolerably translated, and it's fairly cheap. But I'd still like a crack at it, if nothing else for the exorcise. But the fact that I can, without a copyright deathsquad kicking my door down, certainly helps.

Mind you, with Lovecraft's language being what it is (unwealdy and archaic, like a senile orca on salvia), it's going to be an interesting experience to see if that particular wibe survives some random person almost a century in the future messing about with it.

oh yes, like that recruitment poster for the University of Leicester Tae-kwon do Club..

I have also made a total of two comic strips. Just give me a minute to translate them and I'll post them here.

These are utterly amazing. I honestly want to start messing with pipe cleaners now. How did you become interested in doing such art work?

As for myself, I don't have anything current to present as I don't much have the time, but years ago I was avidly in love with modeling clay. If I was home I'd take pictures, as I still have a full size unscrewed desk-top sitting under my bed covered in fantasy-esque creatures I devoted countless hours to. Any time I catch a glimpse of them when cleaning it rekindles my love, but I don't really have a surface on which to work anymore.
