For some it isn't deprivation. If I get more than 6 hours of sleep I am a total mess the next day. My wife has to have at least 8. My grandmother never slept more than 6 hours either. :)
Huh. Learn somethin' new every day. I need at least 6 hours every day to be functional. 8-10 to be fully cognizant all day.

I consistently eat the skin around my fingernails. Pretty much anytime my hands aren't occupied with something I'll nibble a little bit off. Unfortunately this leaves the tips of my fingers looking like crap and they occasionally bleed.

And get this, my little brother (he is a captain in the Air Force), can sleep like 12 hours and be totally fine. And then sleep 7 hours a night the rest of the week. *boggle*

Right, well when I talk I use the word "right" a lot, right? Its pretty strange that I do this, since I live in America and this is a distinctly british thing, innit? and I also say "innit" a lot, right? BBC America will do these kinds of things to you, right?

I tend to rub carpet-like surfaces. Also, some of those stone floors with the different rectangles I see, I avoid stepping on the small squares. And with square tile floors, I avoid stepping on a tile with a chair or table leg on it or any in the imaginary line of tiles from that tile. And you know those black rubber things on the low parts of walls in schools and some buildings? I avoid stepping on the tiles in the same row as the breaks in the black rubber things. Now that I mention it, I play a lot of games with the floor and how I walk.

I CANNOT sleep without a fan on, if someone turns it off mid sleep i seem to instantaniously wake up
Me too! It drives my husband nuts!

I also cannot eat food that has touched other food. If mashed potatoes touch the chicken, that part of the chicken gets cut off and fed to the cat (or thrown away).

I nod at people involuntarily...and I guess I sneak up on people on accident. But if I try to sneak I make shit tons of noise. I'm just a natural creeper

i put french fries in my Hamburgers when i eat out.
Hope that isn't a euphemism for some bizarre threesome.
i can ensure you it is no euphemism. the fries just adds another texture that to me makes burgers more fun and tastey.

i bite the inside of my lip. peices of my lip are literally coming off. then i always drum my hands and feet. then when i stay up late i just cant shut up and i do stupid stuff(like jumoing into a bush outside of a McDonalds) i have to keep my door closed when i sleep and my room has to be cold. but i get really uncomfortable when i dont have a big blanket on me. when i get hungry i look for something to eat i dont bite my nails as much as i bite the skin off my finger. i shift my hands around my mouth a lot. i have to always fix my hair (i have long hair).

i think thats about it....for now

OMG me too. the even weirder thing is, I grew up in Canada, but I started living with my Dad like 7 years ago now, And he's british, and so is my Grandmother, and all my Friends that I havent seen in so long say I have a british accent and talk like that now!

I say "innit" and stuff too, probably not as much as you, but I've fallen into a worse pattern, I do that rhyming talk thing, like saying " its up the Applesn' pears" = stairs or lets go down to the "battlecruiser"= boozer and I dont even realize I say it.

HELP ME!

Whenever I'm walking down the street or at the store, I like to pretend I'm a narrator in a documentary.
