Strangest movie you've ever seen?

My options would have to be either 'Birdemic: SHOCK AND TERROR' or 'Troll 2'.
I've seen both of them and...the former doesn't even seem like it was a real movie (hovering explosive eagle clip-art?) and the latter just seemed like a film where the director just honestly didn't care (any film where the line 'you can't piss on hospitality, I won't allow it!' is not only meant literally but honestly and said with a straight face falls under my definition of weird).
